Cybertruck on Tesla's referral pages: four countries list it, 37 do not
Short answer
Of the 41 countries with a working Tesla referral page in our 2026 captures, only four list Cybertruck: the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. On their latest captures all four gave 3 months of FSD (Supervised) on it. In January 2026 the US and Puerto Rico pages gave US$1,000 off instead. Everywhere else Cybertruck is not on the page, so no referral link gives anything on it.

The four countries and what they list
| Country | Earliest 2026 capture | Latest capture |
|---|---|---|
| US United States | US$1,000 off (January 1, 2026) | 3 months of FSD (Supervised) (October 4, 2026) |
| CA Canada | 3 months of FSD (Supervised) (January 8, 2026) | 3 months of FSD (Supervised) (October 5, 2026) |
| MX Mexico | 3 months of FSD (Supervised) (January 8, 2026) | 3 months of FSD (Supervised) (July 12, 2026) |
| PR Puerto Rico | US$1,000 off (January 8, 2026) | 3 months of FSD (Supervised) (September 29, 2026) |
Each figure is read from Tesla's own referral page as archived, with the date beside it. In all four countries the latest line is the same three-month trial of FSD (Supervised), the benefit Model 3 and Model Y also carry there. What the page does not show is money: on the latest captures no country offers cash off a Cybertruck through a link.
January 2026: US$1,000 off in the US and Puerto Rico
At the start of the year the picture was split. The US page captured on January 1, 2026 and the Puerto Rico page captured on January 8, 2026 offered US$1,000 off Cybertruck, the same cash they offered on Model S and Model X. Canada and Mexico gave the FSD trial on Cybertruck from the first 2026 capture. By the latest captures the US and Puerto Rico had moved to the trial too, and Model S and Model X were off the page. The exact day of the switch is not pinned by any capture, so we record it as a change between the two dates (changelog).
That is why so many pages still promise "$1,000 off a Cybertruck with a referral". It was true on the US page in January 2026. It was not true on the latest US capture of October 4, 2026.
The Dual Motor AWD exclusion in the US terms
One trim is ruled out in the US. Tesla's US terms, Tesla's US terms, archived June 15, 2026, say: "Cybertruck Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive is eligible for loyalty benefits only and cannot be purchased to earn buyer or referrer benefits through the Refer and Earn program." A first-time buyer who orders that trim through a link should expect no buyer benefit in the United States, even though the referral page shows Cybertruck with the trial.
We looked for the same sentence in the other three countries' terms. The Canadian terms (archived June 15, 2026), the Mexican terms (archived May 14, 2026) and the Puerto Rican terms (archived May 14, 2026) do not mention Cybertruck at all. Silence is not permission: Tesla may apply the same rule without writing it into those pages, or the terms may have changed since. If the trim matters to you, ask Tesla in writing before ordering.
Every other country: "Not on the page"
In 37 of the 41 countries, the referral page lists no Cybertruck card at all. That covers every European country, Türkiye, the UAE, and every Asia-Pacific country from Australia to Japan. In our matrix those cells read "Not on the page". It means the product is absent from Tesla's referral page for that country, not that the benefit is zero. There is nothing for a link to attach to.
A "Cybertruck referral code" for a country outside North America is not something Tesla's pages support. Where the referral page lists no Cybertruck, no owner's link can add one.
What that means for a buyer abroad
If you live outside the four countries, three practical points follow. First, the referral program cannot help on a Cybertruck in your country, whatever a code site says. Second, ordering in a North American country from abroad is a different question from the referral: Tesla's terms tie the program to "the local laws and regulations of the registration address of the referrer and buyer", so the country where the car will be registered is the one that counts. Third, if Tesla starts selling Cybertruck in your country, check whether the referral page lists it. We will add the cell to the matrix the first time a capture shows one.
What to check
- Find your country's row in the matrix. If the Cybertruck cell says "Not on the page", no link gives anything on it.
- In the US, Canada, Mexico or Puerto Rico, open the link first and read the Cybertruck card: on the latest captures it showed 3 months of FSD (Supervised), not cash.
- Ordering Dual Motor AWD in the US? The US terms exclude it from buyer benefits. In the other three countries, ask Tesla.
- Ignore any "$1,000 off Cybertruck" claim without a date. It describes the US and Puerto Rico pages in January 2026.
- Confirm the benefit on your order before delivery. It cannot be added afterwards.
Two of the four countries have their own close-ups: Puerto Rico, and Mexico on its country page. The trial itself is explained in the note on benefit types.
